If, for any reason, an item you bought becomes unavailable, a Bleu Marmelade's sales representative will contact you via email within 24 hours after the reception of the complete payment of your order to advise you of the situation and suggest you a similar replacement item or offer you to get a refund. If you don't reply to the message within 24 hours, Bleu Marmelade will ship your order with the selected replacement item.

Since delivery delay to the assigned address may vary because they are determined by Accelerated Parcel Delivery Service of Canada Post, they automatically become out of our control.

Each delivery has a tracking number which will automatically be provided as soon as the parcel is shipped.

Bleu Marmelade cannot regroup different orders to be shipped to a single address or split a single order to be shipped to multiple addresses. Also, please take note that no order could be shipped to a P.O. Box.

Your order is shipped at your own risks. All packages are over dimensionned in order to better protect fragile items.
